I have his features – I wish I had his character.
Happy Father's Day Dad.
He was, and is, the best dad a girl could ever want. The reason I didn't post this earlier is because I always hesitate when trying to write something about my parents. There is just no good way I know of expressing how much I love and admire them both. So to say anything seems sort of trite plus if I tried to go into all the things that are wonderful about him this post would get too long. So I will just say, "Dad, even though I fail with words. I hope you know how much I love you. I feel so fortunate to have you so close in my life."

Your mom is YOUR HERO! She actually just sent me your link to this page.
Ricky will vouch that your parents are definately amazing! Particularily that they are both refined & sharing, but also artistic.
My own AuntM that raised me is my hero, but she never accepted the expressive, emotive & artistic side of me. She would get annoyed b/c I'd run up a big bill taking photos... Now she is kicking herself and saying things like... I should have steered you into Dramatics. It's really funny now.
So that your mom was able to inspire the art; and your dad the scientific... I know Taylor's life was very blessed with that closeness you have shared over these years. It is really a terrific gift.
Yes both of your parents are amazing. I am sooo glad that they are growing wiser and more precious. Ry says we ALL need a plan to live for 100. Well Ry has adapted it to 104 for him so he gets to see me be 100... So I am hoping that is possible for your parents too... BTW is your dad still working? My UncleC that raised me, worked up to 80 but then would go into the hospital as a substitute... He was Head of Pathology, but then the sub. And a Master Swimmer. He'd still be alive if he wasn't messing wiht the cummimin (blood thinner).
Toward 100!
Blessings & Smiles,
