Gratitude Project - Day 8

I am grateful for museums. This summer Taylor and I vacationed in Chicago and visited many museums of art and natural history. Aren't we so lucky that people have cared enough to preserve our history, to collect works of art representing the world's diverse artistic talent to inspire and educate us – for us to see and learn - many times free of charge and at the most for very little money. We visited The Art Institute of Chicago where Taylor was so excited to be able to see, in person, many of the pieces she has been studying about in her art history classes, excited that she recognized specific artist just by their style -grateful to put her knowledge to a real test.
